Sweet peas are my favorite flowers; the vivid colors, the fragrance, and the beautiful, untamed mess of them. 

The seeds offered by Thief of Weeds are carefully selected, stored, and self germination-tested before they are listed for sale. I want you to feel confident that you are receiving viable, high-quality seed that is labeled correctly, unless a variety is specifically sold as a mix.

Growing sweet peas can take a little trial and error. Your planting time, climate, temperature, soil, watering, and growing setup will all affect germination and plant performance. Because growing conditions are outside my control once the seeds leave the farm, I cannot guarantee germination or crop success after delivery. The guarantee does not cover losses caused by improper storage or planting, extreme weather, overwatering, underwatering, pests, animals, disease, neglect, or other conditions beyond my control.

Sweet peas are living plants, and occasional variations can occur. Some varieties have minor genetic instability, and insects may cross-pollinate plants growing nearby. This means a small number of flowers may bloom differently than expected. Natural variations of this kind are not considered mislabeling.

Please inspect your seeds when your order arrives. Contact Thief of Weeds within 10 days of delivery if you have any concerns. If a problem with the seed is confirmed, any refund or replacement will be limited to the original purchase price of the affected seeds. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

After the 10-day inspection period, refunds or replacements cannot be offered.
